Year 11 Mock Interview Day

Year 11 pupils recently took part in our Mock Interview Day, with every student completing a one-to-one interview with one of twenty local employers who supported the event. The day gave pupils the chance to practise speaking confidently about their strengths, interests and experiences, whilst also getting a clear sense of what it feels like to complete a professional interview. Employers offered practical feedback on answers, presentation, and how to make a strong first impression.

A huge thank you to all the local employers who volunteered their time and expertise to make the event possible. The experience has been an excellent boost to pupils’ confidence and a valuable step in preparing them for future applications.
