School Governor vacancies
Are you interested in being a school governor? We have spaces on our governing body for co-opted governors and are looking for motivated individuals to join our team.
As we currently have our full quota of parent governors, including parents in co-opted positions, we would preference individuals who do not currently have children at the school.
The role of a school governors is an opportunity to be involved in strategy, policy, budgeting and the life of our school. It is a rewarding role that will require you to support, challenge and work with the school's leadership team, and to develop a detailed understanding of the legislative and strategic priorities of governorship.
You do not need to have experience of being a school governor, but will need to be prepared to undertake training to develop your understanding and knowledge of the role.
