16+ Travel Card Applications

Dear Parents,

Kent County Council has advised that the cost of the 16+ travel card for the 2014-2015 academic year is £400. To ensure receipt of cards for September, orders should be made by Friday 18th July 2014 .

Payments may be made in full via the school Parent Pay system. We have also organised an instalment system through Parent Pay, should you wish to spread the cost. New students starting Sixth Form in September, will be issued with a Parent Pay password at the start of term, therefore the first instalment will be due in September once you have received your log in details. Students will receive a letter in the post confirming that their pass will be available for collection from school on the first day of term. They can use this letter for bus travel on the first day of term.

Instalment 1 - £200 due by Monday 15th September 2014

Instalment 2 - £200 due by Friday 9th January 2015
